Guarantee Policy

1. Coverage

Active SurelySo Guarantee subscribers receive one daily forecast guarantee for their selected city. Forecasts lock at 6:00 PM local time the day before the coverage date.

2. Resolution

After the coverage window ends, outcomes are resolved using official NOAA weather station observations. Measurable precipitation is defined as ≥0.01 inches (0.25 mm) during the covered period.

3. Payouts

When a covered forecast is resolved as incorrect, eligible paid subscribers automatically receive $5.00 USD in account credit. Credits apply to future subscription charges where supported. Payouts are not cash withdrawals unless required by law.

4. Eligibility

You must maintain an active paid subscription for the covered city at lock time and through resolution. Demo or unpaid accounts do not qualify for guarantee payouts in production.

5. Transparency

Forecast issuance, lock timestamps, and resolution evidence are logged in the public accuracy ledger. SurelySo does not edit forecasts after lock.
