Terms of Service

1. Service

SurelySo provides daily weather forecasts with an optional paid subscription that includes a financial guarantee on covered forecasts. Forecasts are locked before the coverage window and resolved using official weather station data.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions

The SurelySo Guarantee subscription is billed monthly at $6.99 USD through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. When a covered forecast is resolved as incorrect, eligible subscribers receive account credit up to $5.00 USD per qualifying event, subject to the Guarantee Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to manipulate resolution outcomes, create duplicate accounts to farm credits, or interfere with platform operations.

5. Disclaimers

Weather forecasting involves uncertainty. SurelySo does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
